Dipping lunch

“J” likes anything that he can dip- hot dogs, chicken nugget, chips. In order to get nutrition into the toddler diet, I found a recipe that “J” loves. Its a peanut butter yogurt dip and its served with apple, celery, bananas, and pretzels. Its so good I just made it for a whole fondue lunch.

Here is a picture of the plate “J” and I shared (there was a lot left over for lunch tomorrow):

Super simple recipe: whisk together 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (I used greek yogurt) and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Serve with favorite dippables.
